Antim Pehlivanov starts playing for Botev in 1982 and becomes an unreplaceable titular until 1990.Participates in 164 games,in which he scores 89 goals.With Botev he has won a silver medal in 1986 and bronze medals in 1983,1985,1987 and 1988 in "A" PFG and plays in the final of the Bulgarian Cup in 1984.In the Bulgarian Championship in 1982/83 he scores 20 goals and becomes the best of top scorers in Bulgaria.
